Is it difficult to be a non-Ukrainian in the UGCC?

I’d like the opinions of those perhaps who have changed their membership from the Roman Church to the Ukrainian and especially brought up children in this tradition or known those that have.

Is it difficult to be a non-Ukrainian in the UGCC? Will you and your family “always feel like foreigners”?
 
Whenever I visit with my family, we’re welcomed & people talk to us.
