Is it disobedient to purchase from Angelus Press?

So I had a post a couple weeks ago about the EF, a group of young adults who go to the mass about an hour away.
I recently purchased a missal from Angelus Press, and one of my peers said I should have bought one from Baronius Press because Angelus is the official press for the SSPX.
I prefer this Missal, and I don’t see why it would be a problem, seeing as even the priest uses an altar missal from Angelus, the Benzinger Brothers reproduction.
Is it disobedient to buy from them or is this just nonsensical talk?

I don’t see a problem, though I also use and prefer the Angelus Press missal, so long as you’re not trying to specifically support the SSPX over other groups in good standing. I’ve bought other books from them before also because I’d rather support them than Amazon, since neither Fraternity Press, Biretta Books, Baronius Press, etc. have a particular book I had wanted. I’ve also seen people at FSSP Masses using the SSPX missal and no one batted an eye.

It is not sinful to purchase from them. I have purchased from SSPX in past also. They have many good Catholic reprint books that are difficult to find anywhere else.

Yah. I don’t know much about them and their affiliation, are they strictly associated with the SSPX? They use the same symbol.

I’d say yes.

I see.
I mean I buy stuff from a range of traditionalist presses. I like the Douay Rheims and the Clementine Vulgate-Douay Rheims Latin-English Bible, and the Baltimore Catechism from Baronius Press.
I don’t know, I feel like the Angelus missal has more on the side notes of the pages explaining what every part of the mass symbolizes, which isn’t really in the Baronius Missal.

I like the Angelus Press one for that reason. Plus the overall layout. I feel like the Baronius Press one is a little small for text and not as good with the format.

Disobedient to who?
Well the question is since it is somewhat disobedient to the Church technically to attend SSPX Masses, would it also be disobedient to purchase and use products from Angelus Press who is basically the SSPX Press.

I bought my missal from Angelus Press too. I was buying the missal because I needed one, after researching it - it was the best one to buy and they had the best price that I could afford at that time. My intention was to provide myself with a Missal for Mass at a price I could afford.

My intention in buying from them was not because they began/are an apostolate of SSPX and I chose to buy from them because I believe in the SSPX stance and wanted to financially support them.

I did not sin in purchasing a book from that website for the reasons/motive behind my purchasing from them.
