Why do you keep going around in circles? People have told you that those with a disease, sexual or not, are capable of marrying.
It is up to that person to decide if they are willing to pursue a relationship that would need managing or choose to be single, and possibly miserable about that choice, for the rest of their life. And that choice is on them and no one else.

Is this true? I have never heard this before.Having unprotected sex with HIV is now perfectly safe thanks to drugs that reduce the viral load to an undetectable level which cannot be transmitted to sexual partners.

It would be ethical as long as the person with the disease is candid with the other person about their medical situation, when things begin to get serious.
STDs can often be managed without the need to use condoms. Also, there is always the possibility of dating another person who is already infected; there are support groups for disease sufferers where they may actually meet such a person.
