Is it ever ok not to mention past mortal sins?

I have read many times on this forum about forgotten mortal sins being forgiven, however they need to be mentioned at the next confession. Is it a further mortal sin not to mention them. What about for someone who suffers from scrupulosity?
 
Hi,

I would not suggest that a person who suffers from scrupulosity review past sins. Better to trust in the Lord’s mercy. He understands.
