Hello!
This is a very strange, but need to know question. Is it wrong not to clean up pet waste, as long as the dog doesn’t “do their thing” on someone’s private property or where someone will walk. For instance if you walk your dog and they go in a park (where no one walks) or an open feild that is not some farmers?
Sorry so strange, but we have two dogs, live in an apartment, and there’s no designated dog spot anywhere. Yes, I know you are probably laughing, or rolling your eyes, but you will also relieve my conscience by answering.
