Is it Immoral (Or Wrong) to take enlargement pills?

I know certian things are considered Morally wrong by our church and beliefs dealing with our body (Birth Control, removing things inside our private body parts, and some other things done to our Body) and I think that a surgery to enlarge parts of the body isn’t right. But what about just taking a pill to improve a region on the body?

Thanx for your help…

By “region of the body”, do you mean penis? The word “penis” is a perfectly good medical term and is NOT a dirty word.

My gut instincts tell me it’s a waste of money.

I’d be interested to know why someone would do it. I don’t think the thing itself without stated intent or cause is enough to judge moral or immoral, but I personally don’t see a whole lot of good coming from it.

Not to mention that the OP will be wasting money on totally ineffective snake oil.

What’s the point? I mean, I know the point. But why is it so important?

If its fun it is likely immoral:D

taking a pill is not generally fun, therefore its not immoral.

Styroids, imoral, vitamins not:)

Body inhancers so long as they do not harm the body are not much different than eating healthy foods.

Your post is somewhat confusing but in case you are alluding to viagara, the Church does not oppose a married man using it to help overcome any impotence.

This is a delicate topic; however, the serious Christian(or anyone, for that matter) needs to stay from extreme superficiality, as from cosmetic surgery and the like. Since we have been made in His image, our bodies should be “natural.” We should be distinct from this perverse and artificial age(in other words, not be of this world).

I saw an infomercial last nite on male enhancement pills. My body isn’t built the best and I am getting married sometime soon. So I thought as a posibility these be an option. I probably wouldn’t use something like that, but I wasn’t even sure if they are morrally ok.

Thanx.

Enzyte and the like are wastes of money.

Any doctor or anatomy book will tell you there’s NO relationship between the size of the flaccid penis and erect penis.

I was just wondering if something like that is even ok? It might improve a part of my body or make it look better…

I did not think that it would be acceptable. Make-up or perfume(usually cologne in a man’s case) are all right, but nothing more than. If you would like “lift weights,” that is also normally o.k. However, “enlargement medication” is not, since it, to some extent, pollutes the soul. Besides, there are some erotic activities in which it is permissible for no one to engage(including a married couple), as they are forbidden by Mosaic Law(in Deuteronomy?) and almost certainly applies to Christians.

The evening after a couple’s wedding is supposed to be pure, as it is has ordained by God, and not defiled in any way.

I am sure your wife-to-be loves you the way you are, and that it is too soon to say if such a thing, should it even work, would be necessary. If you want to build muscle mass to improve your body, overall health and confidence, there is nothing wrong with that, but men overestimate what women think about the size of the male member. Wait until you have settled into married life and don’t be so anxious! 👍

I know my wife to be will love my body, because it’s mine, but I wish it was built a little better. That it would be a little more impressive. I just wish it was average.

I don’t know if i’d be ok with taking enlargement pills, but I would like to know if it is wrong or not. It’s not like I would have surgery or anything like that…

Please keep in mind that these “enlargement pills” are totally useless and a waste of money.

I am not attempting to create humor, but I think that we need a priest or monk to moderate this discussion (I hope that no one takes offense.)!
