some one posted a link to a website that was an anti-catholic site.although a polite one. i took a look around it and some other anti-catholic sites.i noticed that some seem to know a little too much about satanism to be comfortable with.one site in particular even had a schedule of “unholy” days including the acitvivties and sacrifices for these days.these were given in a poor attempt to demonstrate these events co-insided with Catholic holy days. which of course they didn’t.why would any christian would even want to know these things or even have any knowledge about the practices of satanism?

A few people have written books about their supposed experiences in satanism. These were exposed as frauds thoroughly a long time ago. But first they were taken seriously by a lot of people and even advised law enforcement task forces on how to detect ritual abuse etc. The sites you looked at may have gotten their info from these people, directly or indirectly. Actually there are no particular satanic special days that apply broadly. It wouldn’t matter if there were, since God actually owns all the days.

They are not necessarily satanic, although he might be whispering in their ears. Often these people are either taught horrible lies about the Church or they are Catholics disgruntled with some Church teaching or other that drove them away. Like a bitter ex-spouse, they can no longer muster a favorable comment about their former partner ever again. The Church is the enemy. And in an irrational eagerness, they go completely over-the-top anti-Catholic and sometimes see if they can even associate the Church with the devil. http://emoticons4u.com/sad/832.gif

The one thing I have noticed is that they do not give a view of how and why they are right. They start and continue to try and down grade and slander The Church. They hope to create doubt in that they can get those who may be weak in faith or less knowledgeable than they should be about the faith away. By getting someone to focus on the false accusations of things that maybe tied to evil you can say see we don’t do any of this you don’t have to say what you do just what you don’t.

We must pray for these people and for those that happen upon those websites that the blindness will be removed from their eyes and they will see that the Evil one is using them to hind behind and lead people away from the Light of the world.
