Is it moral to rent my townhouse to a cohabiting couple?

I don’t know this couple on a personal basis, nor do I know their religion, but they want to rent my townhouse. Am I complicit in their cohabitation by renting to them? Am I acting unjustly if I were to deny them the rental?
