How do you know for sure they are gay? In some cultures, same-sex signs of affection are normal and do not imply homosexuality.

It’s our idiotic culture that sexualizes everything and thus every sign of affection between two males is considered “gay.”

These guys can be hired and fired on the employer’s terms and nobody cares.

That’s true, but it doesn’t mean it’s moral to do so. So far it seems like the OP only has rumors, which could be true, suspected, or completely fabricated.

I would not consider it moral to dismiss an employee for misconduct unless I had clear evidence of it.

True, but the problem is that having the thing investigated could potentially put the men in danger.

This is true.
My wife was traveling for a biotech conference a few years ago and everyone in their group of eight had a hotel room. The two Indian gentlemen on the trip were insisting on sharing a room and sleeping in the same bed. Both men were married and friends. And they also held hands if they walked somewhere together. HOWEVER, the company was adamant that they have separate rooms for the trip. And companies should have that freedom. The men complied and there was never an issue.

While i agree that our culture is idiotic in its sexualizations of society, other cultures are not exactly innocent and pure either. In fact the OP’s location has some of the highest rates of sex trafficking and trade in the world. And many of these involve young boys. Not exactly on topic for sure, but lets not assume the purity of the Indonesia culture versus our own Modern Family depiction of sexual relationships.

Here you are just flat out wrong. Though technically we are moving towards this idea of discrimination. If I hire someone to be in my house and around my kids I should be able to fire them for a any reason that does not jive with the family or household dynamics. I should not be held hostage with the “Bigot” label if I deem a situation disturbing for my house or family. To think otherwise is reverse slavery where I cannot release someone from my house!
