Is it more proper for women to curtsey in Church?

Is it more proper for a woman or girl to genuflect with a curtsey rather than genuflecting by bending down on the right knee?
 
Hi,

A curtsey is the kind of acknowledgment a woman gives to another human being. For Catholic Church going down on one knee is an expression of adoring God. Women as well as men ought to genuflect in this way before the presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
