Okay… maybe
one exception.
Considering the Precious Blood under the accidents of wine is watered down and one usually gets just enough to wet one’s own lips, I think it’s fair to say that’s an exception to the imagery of drinking.

Watered down? I’ve rarely seen any priest put more than maybe a teaspoonfu or two of water into a chalice half full of wine.
However, given as you say that you would only drink a small amount of it anyway, it hardly matters either way.
To the OP, I would be less concerned about the drinking if it wasn’t behind your parents back. At least ask them honestly, they may surprise you.
A lot of other things affect how wise, as well as how sinful, it may be.
For example are you 15 or instead are you 20 in the US where the legal drinking age is 21 and so years higher than pretty much anywhere else?
Are you intending to drink at home with your family, or out with your equaly young friends?
Are you asking as a one-ofd for a special occasion, or intending to start drinking regularly if permitted?
Is there a history of alcoholism in your family (there is some evidence that there is a hereditary component to such things, and at the very least it may mean you have not been taught what moderate drinking looks like).
