Is it ok for a non-Catholic to wear the brown scapular?

** I have been a Catholic all my life , My husband and I have raised our family Catholic. Our son got married to a non-Catholic. She wants to participate in prayer with us. And she goes to mass with us. We explain our faith to her and she prays the Rosary with us. Now she wants to wear the Brown scapular. Is this ok? Thank you for your help.:)**
