I am looking to buy a used pick-up. And I found a Ford thats a real good deal. But I heard that Ford supports some stuff thats bad. Is it ok to buy a used Ford since Ford doesnt get any money from it?
As I understand it the world is divided into two classes of people: Those who swear by Fords, and those who swear at them.. . .
But, I have known many who swear by Fords…but, maybe the 90’s models were made better than over the past few years.![]()

I think you’re right…even Hondas are not 100% Japanese parts…so we’ll have to see what happens when we hit 36,000…better hold up!i think most every vechile was made better and more reliable in the past. honestly i think to a degree its on purpose. better to make people keep buying new ones reuraly than try to ensure they buy you again in 20 years.
that said i only buy americian cars and trucks. partly for the benifit to my country, but mostly i like them better and asia has yet to put out a real truck
i cant see it as immoral. i can see it as a good move. my 93 ford truck is still running good.

At this point, if you buy it you aren’t supporting Ford on a used truck. You are supporting the owner of the used truck, either a private individual or a reseller such as a used car lot. So, if you like it, and the price is fair for the ocndition, go for it.I am looking to buy a used pick-up. And I found a Ford thats a real good deal.
