Is it ok to monetize a christian youtube channel?

Hi everyone

I want to create an youtube channel with christian content.
I am confused whether monetizing the channel would be ok or not.

Also, I am writing a christian ebook and I do not know whether it is ok to sell the ebook or not.
Is it wrong to sell christian ebooks?

It’s your work and you deserve to eat and have shelter. Should a Priest work for free?
 
I would suggest researching YouTube’s policies in regard to starting and monetizing a Christian channel there.

As for selling Christian e-books, no, it isn’t wrong. Many authors specializing in Christian books now make an electronic version as well. Of course, you’d need to sell them for less than your print versions.

No. YouTubers and writers need to put food on the table. But, don’t expect to make much off of YouTube considering how many advertisers fled from that site.
