Is it ok to say the rosary just once a day?

No, just kidding. Unless you’re in a confraternaty where you promised to say it daily, don’t sweat it, but mean it when you do pray it.
 
Saying it once a day is what I aim for. On occasion I might get to say it twice.

Has anyone here joined the Rosary Crusade? If you are already saying it everyday should look into joining it.

He doesn’t need me to interpret for him, but it seems clear to me he was just illustrating the relative importance of the two, not suggesting that it’s one or the other.
 
Not in the slightest. Just using a bit of hyperbole to draw out my point.

The rosary acquires its significance from the Eucharist.

I thought it was a requirement but I feel relieved to know it’s not because sometimes when I forget and get so comfy in my bed then suddenly remember then I have to get up from my nice warm cosy bed where I was so comfortable and go find my rosary’s then I rush it so I can get back to my bed or I’ll just say the small peace rosary I know it’s bad to rush it but I thought I had to say it no matter what
 
DM in the car suggestion: My right hand on the steering wheel at the 1,2,3,4 and 5 clock positions for the decades and finger taps for the beads. I’d get into an accident trying to use the rosary I have in the car so I’m glad God provided me on my hands.
Note: I have lost count is decades moving my hands in a turn… better on highway☺

I try to. Usually do. This last week I didn’t do to well, but I pray I am back on track.

Prayer is good. Regular prayer is real good. If you’re well on your way to forming a good habit, such as prayer, let me encourage you to keep at it.

Rosie, you seem to have a sweet, trusting heart. If someone claims that a angel, God or our mother Mary said anything, please investigate it first before accepting what they say as the truth.

No apparition of Mary approved by the church said that about the rosary. Do not believe everything people tell you without evidence.

Life is so hectic and I really like to sit down and meditate and think and take my time while doing the rosary so I am very lucky if I can manage to find the time to do one decade at a time… sometimes it can take 5-10 minutes to do one decade.
 
It’s a nice idea but it looks a little dangerous to me. The driver (especially if a new driver) should focus on the road and his instruments. I say the Rosary on my fingers when driving, but try to keep my hands in the same place on the wheel. Moving your hands around the wheel doesn’t seem ideal to me.
 
It’s not required but the rosary is so powerful. I have a very busy life but always try to block out some time to get through 5 decades a day. I also try and get in the Divine Mercy chaplet as well. You do what you can any prayer is a very good thing.

I find that if I really want to make time for something I can make it happen it’s when I say that I’m to busy that I don’t find the time.

I say it because I feel closer in saying it,the spirit moves me to say the
Divine Mercy Chaplet 2 times a day .
Rosary 2 times a day to honor Mother Mary…

I read somewhere that if you fall asleep saying the rosary your guardian angel will complete it for you. Its a nice thought and I think that is the point, Our Lady wants you to pray the rosary but not to become so bogged down and worried about saying it that it becomes a burden. Relax, enjoy it, say what you can. Sometimes I would spread the rosary across a day, I would start it off and say a decade, then when I had more free time, another, etc and then when I got home I’d finish it off. The import part is to say it but don’t stress it.
 
That is awesome you say the rosary! It is perfectly fine to say it once a day.
