I am guessing it is, but I was really wondering because technically we don’t celebrate the resurrection of Christ until Saturday night/Sunday. Doesnt this mean that we are still going through the phase of Christ being among the dead.

So…
  1. Is it okay to eat meat on Saturday?
  2. Should we still follow restrictions on our intake of meals like on Good Friday e.g. 1 full meal only?
  3. Is it okay as a Catholic to run errands and go to the supermarket/shopping centre etc in Holy Saturday?
Please be clear in your explanations. Thanks.

Happy Easter in advance!

Holy Saturday is not a day of fast or abstinence.

There is no prohibition on running errands.
