Is it okay to receive Communion more than once in a day?

Now that I am out of work, I have been going to Mass twice a day. Once in the morning and then again at noon. It is my understanding that we are allowed to receive the Eucharist up to twice in a day according to Cannon Law. I hope I am correct in this. Thanks you.
