Is it possible to choose a Confirmation name after all these years?

I went through the RCIA 12 years ago and I never had a confirmation saint chosen for myself. I am now reading that others who are confirmed, choose a confirmation name and a saint.

I now would like to have a confirmation saint. Can I go through some kind of blessing with my priest to have a saint associated with my confirmation that was 12 years ago in the RCIA?

I have especially been touched by St. Therese of Lisieux and would like to ask her to be my confirmation saint. Is it too late to do this?
