Is it required to serve a TLM Mass when one sees there is no server?

Is it a requirement to serve a TLM Mass when one notices there is no server for it? Is it a sin?
 
If no server is present then yes you can serve the Mass if you are a male;

if you are a female you cannot serve but you can make the server’s response kneeling at the altar rail as well as ringing the bells;

the cruets and lavabo towel will be placed on the epistle side of the altar as opposed to the credence table;

Mass Without a Server:
-the priest will make all the responses himself and change the Latin conjugation as necessary;

No and no. But if you see that there are no servers before Mass, you may ask the priest if you could serve. I wouldn’t just grap a cassock and surplus and enter the sanctuary without the consent of the priest.
