And what about all those buried at sea? or lost in space?I mean, by that logic, cremation would definitely not be allowed, and we know that the Church says it is, provided of course, that the ashes aren’t scattered, etc. So if cremation is kosher (so to speak), so is burial in terms of the resurrection of the body.
