Is it safe to Smudge my home with Sage & Palo Santo wood?

Hi,
I am new to this site.
But I have Questions!

Is it safe for me to Smudge my home with White Sage and Palo Santo wood?

I have lit the Palo Danto Wood Essence stick and walked thru my home praying to The Holy Spirit and In The Name of Jesus Christ to Clear and Clense my Mind, Body, soul and home of All Negativity, Negative Energy and Keep My Mind And Heart Clear of all Negativity n thoughts .

I have Sage Smudging Sticks but want to make sure it is all as good as my Intensions.
