Is it sinful to miss Mass while on vacation?

My wife and I plan to take a vacation tour this year, however the tour runs from friday thru monday which means we may not be able to attend mass since we have no control over the itinerary. As I know it missing mass is considered sinful, and you will not be able to receive the sacraments without confession. Can this be considered an allowable reason for missing mass without consequences?
