Is it so wrong to genuflect during the Creed?

I was recently notified by my Pastor via MAIL that I am to stop genuflecting during the Creed, instead I am to just bow my head, so as not to ‘disrupt’ the flow of prayer.
Am I not allowed to show reverence in a way I am used to or is it morally wrong for me to genuflect?
Perhaps I should sit in the last pew so I don’t disrupt the others who, apparently, are watching me and not what they should be doing?

I wouldn’t go so far as to say its morally wrong, but people should not genuflect during the Creed unless the liturgy calls for it. The liturgy is not a private devotion, it is the public worship of the Church. It does not belong to any one individual, it belongs to the Church as a whole. We should not be inserting our own innovations into the Mass.
