Girl X: goes to TLM mass and wants to be altar server there
TLM priest: sorry you cannot be an altar server here at TLM due to rules but canon law dictates you can be if bishop says so

Does girl X then go to bishop to ask him to overrule TLM priest so that she can be altar server at TLM?
