Is it true that there are almost no abuse cases since 2002 according to the Grand Jury?

From the Vatican, "It also noted that “By finding almost no cases after 2002, the Grand Jury’s conclusions are consistent with previous studies showing that Catholic Church reforms in the United States drastically reduced the incidence of clergy child abuse.”

I want references though and want to know if this is true??
