Yeah. Prayer is certainly powerful. But, unfortunately, it’s not a magic spell to turn off a man’s brain to other women.

Men are hardwired to notice the physical beauty of women; it’s not sinful. The question is how to respond to that - in a staring/lustful way (sinful), or in a “she’s pretty, moving right along” sort of way.

Sure, prayer is not a magic spell, but drawing closer to the Lord in prayer is going to make it easier to resist those temptations.

I wouldn’t frame it as “Let’s pray a rosary together every day so that you can stop leering at women.” But certainly praying a rosary together daily as a couple is going to be beneficial in many ways.
