Is it wrong to eat meat after midnight on Ash Wednesday?

It’s Ash Wednesday and it’s almost officially Thursday. When it is officially Thursday, say at 12:30 am, would it be wrong to eat or even eat meat? What about Fridays after Midnight? I’m starving!
