At times I feel I’m being forced to live to this life God has given me with the punishment of hell if I want to escape.

Life is rough for me and I have enough sins on my plate
Is it a sin to think I’m basically imprisoned from birth?
is it a sin to wish I never existed?

in a sense we are stuck here in the world of tears. Do you have a spiritual director?

No Commandment is broken by feeling pain and wanting to escape it.

However, if your pain is causing you to think about ending your life or otherwise hurting yourself, you should really seek professional help. They would be in the best position to help you alleviate your pain.

Ask Our Lord and the Blessed Mother to help you. Offer your suffering up to them. Rest assured of their love for you, and of God’s great mercy.

I’ll be praying for you!

Turn your attention inwards, you are operating on the default setting of your brain called stimulus response. So turning your attention inwards can transcend your conscious awarennes and you will experience the sensation of the divine, which is what calms the storms and brings you peace and trancendance in times of trouble. This is “Christian mysticism” and it’s the spiritual practices that have went “underneath the water” in Roman Catholicicism after the protestant reformation.

We don’t know all you’re going through and what you experience each day.
Being locked in that way of thinking is so destructive to you.

Life is really hard for a lot of us, but amongst other things, we do need to be aware of the physical things that affect our health and mental well-being, healthy diet, enough exercise, checking with a health/medical professional as to whether anything is out of balance or we need medication, and so on.

Stress, and stressing is bad for our health…I know if I allow stress to get to me, my autoimmune levels as much as double and my doctor starts murmuring about that the serious illness that is lurking in my genes. I’ve had a lot of tought stuff happen in my life and in the lives of people I care about…and sometimes it seems that my first experience of life was being dropped on the floor of the labor ward as a newborn, turned out to be a good indication that my life might be difficult!..

But, instead of remaining locked in the box of feeling trapped and miserable, we do need to do something about it, healthwise, and regarding how we talk about our lives and to ourselves in our thoughts.

I don’t know exactly what to say to you regarding your spiritual life, but perhaps a start would be to speak of your resentment of life in Confession.

The resentment is a kind of ingratitude to God and a denial of yourself as a loved child of God.
You mightn’t feel that you are, but it is true. Perhaps you could make a habit of finding some good, so little thing to be thankful for.

Another thing is regarding giving of our lives to others, not resentfully in the little kind things we do, but with kindness, even if at present the feelings arent there.

Just firing a few thoughts in case something said means something in your bruised and unhappy heart.

God bless you.
Please, God, you will find experience of His love for you, even in little things.

we all seek happiness. I’ve heard it said that the desire to be happy is God’s homing beacon. In God is where our true happiness is. Your name may tell it all about finding happiness? Fulfilling a spiritual need always brings back a sense of wholeness. The name you chose is a good sign that your heart is wise and pointing to the true object of your will.God is merciful and if you want a sure way to find God’s mercy it is in the Sacrament of Reconciliation… It’s where mercy is found and the surest way possible to know that when you ask for mercy that it’s been given. You are in a good place. Knowing what you need is a Grace and a sure sign God is calling you to Him.
