Is Jesus our personal Lord and Savior?

How do you as a Catholic respond to people when they ask “Do you accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior?”

I’m trying to enter a Christian medical society and this is one of the questions in the forms.

I don’t feel like saying “Yes” is necessarily the right thing. Something about the phrase “personal Lord and Savior” nags at me the same way my conscious always does when there’s something wrong that I can’t place.

I will be respectful no matter how I answer. I was just wondering if ya’ll could dismiss my concerns or validate them regarding this common query.
