Is Joses mentioned in Mark 6:3 is the same " Joseph " mentioned in Mathew 27 -55:56?

John Martigoni suggests that the Joses mentioned in Mark 6:3 is the same " Joseph " mentioned in Mathew 27 -55:56

Is this correct & if so why so confusing ?
