Is liturgical dance still a liturgical abuse?

This Sunday, 11-9-14, in my parish after mass it was announced that volunteers for liturgical dance were wanted (‘no experience necessary’) and a contact name was given. In the bulletin it was related that dancers were ‘needed’ for some performance at the mass for the solemnity of Christ the King, and at the midnight mass at Christmas. I was under the impression that liturgical dance was currently held to be a liturgical abuse.

Is liturgical dance still a liturgical abuse?

What are the relevant documents and norms as regards liturgical dance?
