Is making immoral jokes immoral?

For Example, is making Jew jokes or racist jokes or sex jokes immoral if they are only kidding?
 
"But immorality, or any impurity, or greed must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints; and there must be no filthiness and silly talk, or coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. For this you know with certainty, that no immoral or impure person or covetous man, who is an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.” (Ephesians 5:3-5)

Coarse jokes are next to filthiness and impurity…

They’re only immoral if the butt of the joke is not able to laugh at it.

Yesterday I came across this in the Old Testament book of Sirach.
Do not accustom your mouth to lewd vulgarity,
for it involves sinful speech (Sirach 23:13)
