Is Mary the "Queen of Heaven" mentioned in Jeremiah 44: 16-19?

Hi, I just want to know what/which Queen of Heaven is the Book of Jeremiah 44:16-19 was/is referring to? Because it seems the people of Israel were worshiping this Queen of Heaven which God was not pleased about. I just want to know as The Church (Catholic Church) seems to refer to Mary also as the Queen of Heaven.
I will really appreciate an explanation to this.
Anyway, I believe in the Catholic Church.
