Is Mt St Francis, NY still open?

Is the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate monastery/seminary at Mount St Francis near Endicott NY still open? Their Google maps listing says it is closed permanently, and their website hasn’t been updated since May. My wife and I will be moving to Ithaca NY soon, and would love to be able to be close to the Friars for retreats and spiritual growth. I met the FI’s while in London and they are an inspiration.
 
Yes it is still open. I go there once a month for MIM meetings. Just give them a call if you want to visit.
 
They’re in Maine, NY. I know they were trying to locate more of their buildings on their own property so that may be why google shows it as “closed”
