LONG story short, my friend has recently converted from non-denominational to Catholicism.

Months after her confirmation, she JUST told me that she never went to First Reconciliation…because she had a full schedule…among other ridiculous

She says she was afraid of confession and never went, so she skipped it and went right into her First Communion, and Confirmation, and has been receiving the Eucharist in a state of mortal sin (confirmed) this entire time…

What now?

Are any of her sacraments valid?

Yes, her sacraments are valid. She has validly received the sacraments but is unable to benefit from the graces they provide if she is in a state of mortal sin. And, if she is in a state of mortal sin, she is committing additional sins by continuing to receive communion. She should confess as soon as practically possible.
