Is my infant son in heaven?

I am a protestant who wants to convert. My infant son Isaac died in 2002 when he was 3 days old. We had him baptised in the NICU (by a Presbyterian pastor). Would to Catholic church say my son is in heaven? Also I know Catholics pray to saints. Can I pray to my son in heaven and ask him to pray for me and intercede to the father for me?

The Catholic Church does indeed recognize such Baptism as valid and your child is most assuredly in heaven. You may indeed ask his intercession.
