I will try to make this short and sweet. I am a non-Catholic; never been baptized before. I’ve been to a few Masses and I am thinking of starting rcia. Now that being said; I am married, and have 3 children. We were married in a Baptist church, and neither one of us is Catholic. Since we were married in another church, can I still become Catholic? My wife is a baptized member of that church. But neither I, nor my children have ever been baptized. Thank you.

Hi,

The Catholic Church recognizes marriages between non-Catholics to be valid. So you are free to join the RCIA and enter the Catholic Church. Welcome home!
