Is my scapular still valid?

When I woke up this morning it had fallen apart, I was able to put most of it back together, I have the chord around my neck but only one rectangle, the other came off and I think I may have to try and sew it back on.

Yes it is. A new one, if purchased/obtained would also be just as valid. It is something that reminds you of a commitment, a sacramental.
 
The blessing is on the person.

You could get hold of another one.

You should replace it when you can, but if you need to make do with that one in the meantime for a little while till you get a new one, Jesus and Mary will understand.
 
I agree with the last poster.
Jesus and Mary understand as they await you to buy a new scapular.
Get three or four this time, to have ones on standby.

Wear a blessed miraculous medal and Holy face or Saint Benedict medal on the scapular (these medals have great promises attached ☺️

I always try to keep an extra one on hand for when the one that I’m wearing wears out or breaks.

I also try to buy the best one possible when I can too, so that it will last as long as possible. 🙂
