We know that the marital act must serve two aspects: unitive and procreative. The church teaches that the marital act must be completed inside the woman because this preserves the procreative aspect - it preseves the openess to life.
If a woman has had a hysterectomy or is pregnant, is it still a mortal sin if the marital act is not completed within the woman?
