Is oral hygiene permissible during the Eucharistic fast?

Is it okay to brush your teeth and use mouthwash during the 1-hour Eucharistic fast? I realize that toothpaste and mouthwash are not food, but I feel somewhat uneasy about it since they’re both still going in the mouth.

How about breath mints?
