Is participation in non-Catholic wedding ceremony okay?

My Son is a baptized, confirmed Catholic. He is marrying a non-Catholic who has been married before. She has requested and received a “lack-of-form” for her first marriage. They have completed Catholic Marriage preparation classes, however, she refuses to marry in the Church. They are preparing to have an outdoor wedding ceremony at a local Country Club. My Son has asked me and his Sister to participate in the wedding ceremony. Both of us are active practicing Catholics. Is our participation in the ceremony permissible?
