Hi.
My family and I were born in a south American nation however we live in the U.S… And for as long as I can remember my family has always been prejudiced against Hispanics and against any non white people. It’s ridiculous! for instance I have a sister who only dates white men… at one time she was married to a white man and then she got a divorce and then she married another white man… Either way, what makes me sad is that the new generations of my family are being exposed to such self hatred…I have a brother whose wife gave birth to a baby with white skin, blonde hair and blue eyes… and many family members are in love with that baby…and at the same time they ignore the other children who look “Hispanic”…
Is being prejudiced against your own race a sin? I’m guessing that being prejudiced against other races is a sin… but I wonder if the matter isn’t as serious when the hatred is directed towards your own race.
Thank you
