Is purgatory shortened at the end of the world?

If a Christian dies and goes to purgatory, and he needs to spend, for example, one hundred years there to be cleansed, but the end of the world and general resurrection occur in less than 100 years, what happens to him? Will he be resurrected and enter heaven without full purgation?
 
Purgatory, like heaven and hell, is entirely outside of time. So, we can say that, in a sense, there is no time in purgatory for anyone. All that we know is that souls in need of cleansing before entering the beatific vision are cleansed. How this is done in a state of being beyond the concept of time, we do not yet know.
