Is sexual relations allowed before marriage by the Catholic Church? Corrected!

Does the Catholic Church allow two peoplle who are married to each other to have sexual intercourse before they are married by the Church?
 
Dear friend,

Thanks to a perceptive reader, I am giving a new answer. You and your husband were married while non-Catholics. So the Catholic Church would recognize your marriage as valid. So, yes you may certainly have marital relations before you enter the Catholic Church. Sorry for mis-reading your question and giving the wrong information.
