So I got into a random back and forth over a meme that was aimed over some popular fitness trainer. I made the meme 8 weeks ago basically poking fun over how this trainer hyped up his top athlete and his top athlete bombed out of a competition. The meme overall was just in good jest between weightlifters and this random guy on IG decided to confront and pry and prod on what my problem was with this said person. I told him I simply didnt’ like his personality, and he make me cringe at times with his character. Then one of my buddies chipped in and started getting annoyed and after 20 replies later I told him off (as politely as I can. No cuss words or name calling out side of me saying he is “Fanboying” a bit too much and it was annoying) then I screenshotted the back and forth and shared it to my private friends circle on my group to my close friends. Feeling bad and seeing it was unnecessary and fearing I might be committing some sort of sin I took down everything and just blocked the person.

Again the back and forth wasnt anything heated but rather expressed annoyance and some slightly passive aggressive tone

Scrupulosity.
part of me thought it may have falled under pride since Im trying to show my friends what I said in a context that makes the other person seem lower than I

This is something you should discuss with your priest in confession. We cannot help with this.

You behaved like a child. Speak to your priest.
well Tomorrow I can attend mass at noon. But since its the Latin mass My priest will be in his sacristy the whole time before Mass and I dont wish to disturb him since I went to confession two days ago by appointment.
Perhaps I am being scruple and it wasnt really sinful, just immature. I do wish to receive communion tomorrow

No one said it was or wasnt sinful. You need to talk to a priest about your scrupulosity, not to internet strangers.
