Is sleep a prime time for temptation and spiritual insight?

What happens during sleep? Can Satan tempt us through the unconscious while we are sleeping? Can the Holy Spirit implant visions and things while we are sleeping?
 
God spoke to Joseph twice in dreams; once to take Mary as his wife and once to flee to Egypt with her and Jesus.

As to Satan tempting us in dreams, I don’t know.
 
Many a thing can happen to us as we sleep, especially as we dream. Most of it is psychological, but even so our subconscious has A LOT to tell us about ourselves that we don’t yet realize and have realized before, but then forgot.
