holy water is a sacramental, when blessed properly by a priest
the others are charisms of the Holy Spirit and activated legitimately in individuals only in service of the Church, in union with the Church, and under spiritual direction, guidance and discernment of the Church. The power to perform exorcisms is reserved to priests chosen and prepared by the Church for that ministry and is not properly exercised by laypersons.

Of those, I sincerely have serious doubts on healings and speaking in tongues if they are what they are supposed to be.

Holy Water is a sacramental.
I will address whether Exorcism is a sacremental in another response to another post after this current post.

If I may I wish to quote a particular paragraph from the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

#1673 When the Church asks publicly and authoritatively in the name of Jesus Christ that a person or object be protected against the power of the Evil One and withdrawn from his dominion, it is called exorcism. Jesus performed exorcisms and from him the Church has received the power and office of exorcizing. In a simple form, exorcism is performed at the celebration of Baptism. The solemn exorcism, called “a major exorcism,” can be performed only by a priest and with the permission of the bishop. The priest must proceed with prudence, strictly observing the rules established by the Church. Exorcism is directed at the expulsion of demons or to the liberation from demonic possession through the spiritual authority which Jesus entrusted to his Church. Illness, especially psychological illness, is a very different matter; treating this is the concern of medical science. Therefore, before an exorcism is performed, it is important to ascertain that one is dealing with the presence of the Evil One, and not an illness.

Both the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Code of Canon Law have exorcism listed in the sections that they discuss Sacramentals.

Exorcism is a sacramental.

I am curious what is behind this question. I enjoy the blessings of tongues and healings for they draw me closer to my Father. I don’t always understand all the legal terms used in what we do; I know they are gifts of the Holy Spirit because Scripture says so; so why would someone want to classify them as sacramentals?
