Is sprinkling of water for Baptism acceptable?

Non Catholics tell me that I must be baptized by complete dunking of water vs sprinkling of water. They say complete dunking represents the death and resurrection of Jesus and that I must have this baptism. This has become a real concern for me. As a Catholic I was baptized as a child.
