Is St Paul in private revelation?

the fact that St Poul did not meet with Jesus while preaching before the Crucifixion makes me wonder, what kind of revelation he had? is it consider private revelation? if so, how differ from St Faustina? if Jesus also talk to her

I can answer your question partially. Public Revelation ended with the death of the last Apostle (St. John) at the end or the first century or early in the second. If Public Revelation had ended with the Resurrection or Pentecost, which it appears you might be thinking, then all of the books in the New Testament except the Gospels would be considered part of private revelation.

Perhaps semi-private because the men accompanying Paul heard things,
Acts 9:7 “And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.”

Private revelation typically means to have information regarding the desires of God and is will. If you really want to get down to the nit and gridy we all have private revelations. The information is not new however such as we are all aware to: Love God with all your soul, mind and heart. Also to love your neighbor as yourself. But when you ask God questions/concerns and when you seek his council, does he not answer you? Of course God hears you. For behold God bends down from heaven just to hear your troubles.
When we are wanting God to reveal for us his plan for let say me does he go talk to somebody else? He could but typically no, he may strengthen my call by approval of somebody else or lack of it.So indeed private revelations still and will go on because God cares for us and wants to help us. However when it comes to revelations that go agianst the gospel such as some are teaching and will unfortunately will continue, such a man is seeking his own destruction and the wrath of God will not escape a man. For he is a thief in the night who jumps over the gates to steal and to destroy Gods sons/daughters.
The cults claim that they are seekers of truth and God has given them “special”, “lost” information/knowledge that supposedly will set one free. If you look into the new age movement you will see what I am talking about here. This private revelation does not come from God. For he would NOT summon anybody to go astray and away from God the son who came down to the earth in flesh, was crucified, died, and was buried and on the third day rose again to bring the entire creation back unto himself.
Paul experienced a drastic life altering experience that set his mission on earth in the right track. God chose him to be one of the apostles to go out and preach the gospel. Just has Paul stated about himself: For i am the worst sinner here and yet God chose me to bare witness to his mercy so that his mercy will encompass everyone (paraphrasing). So Paul had a private revelation to Gods plan for preaching the gospel and nothing else.
If God were to talk to me and to feed me the truth is that also not private revelation? Of course it is and that is exactly what our father wants. He wants a Personal relationship with you.
