I heard the differences between Stem Cell Research, and Embryonic Stem Cell Reserach.

To get stem cells, you get them from bone marrow, or skin cells.

To get embryonic stem cells, you get it from an unborn child. (Which IS immoral)

But is stem cell research by itself moral, excluding embryonic stem cell research?

The Facts actually say that embryonic stem cell research has had no cures and causes uncontrollable tumors, while stem cell research has aided in the curing of lost limbs and diseases.

Yes, of course stem cells obtained from adults, umbilical cord blood, bone marrow, etc, are perfectly fine to experiment with. Why wouldn’t they be?

Embryonic stem cell research is immoral but adult stem cell research is moral.
In fact there is no need for embryonic stem cell research because so far all the benefits from research has come from adult stem cell research.

I dont see how Stem Cell research is immoral, but Embryonic Stem Cell Research is very immoral. CCC 2275 …“It is immoral to produce human embryos intended for exploitation as disposable biological material.”

Embryonic stem cell research is also dangerous - the cells tend to go wild and cause all sorts of problems instead of curing problems. Adult stem cells are the only variety that work as designed.
